What violins is everyone playing on? What you they recommend for beginner, intermediate, and professional violinists?
Personally, I have been playing on an intermediate Scott Cao while I had the 3/4 size. Now, I play on a professional grade Scott Cao. I do recommend the Scott Cao for intermediates and beginners if it fits your price range but they are some draw backs at the professional level. I usually am playing romantic pieces like Lalo but my violin is a bit too bright for pieces like that in my opinion. I'm looking for a warmer tone in my violin.
